Our lives are predicated on our core values if we are in alignment with them. The are the basis for decisions in every aspect of our lives. Those core values are a guiding force in our lives. It is extremely beneficial for you to know and understand them.
As an entrepreneur or small business owner, the core values of your business are usually your core values. If they aren’t your business won’t be in alignment with you and the business will suffer. If you are an employee, it is essential that you choose a company that has core values in alignment with yours.
When we live in alignment with our core values, we can most effectively live our unique purpose and share our gifts and talents with the world. We are poised to make the difference we are meant to make in the way we are meant to make it.
