It’s hard for a life coach to give advice on how their client can find out who they are, if the counselor or coach doesn’t understand themselves.
So many times we look on external sources for guidance and to discover who we are. But the truth is, who we are is on the inside. Take the time to hear ourselves, open our minds and hearts to it.
